After starting my entrepreneurship journey, I have realized fear is holding me back the most

And I know you probably feel it too

So I made this video to help you understand and solve it

I was afraid of making content, going out to people, trying new things, overall

Now I am scared of making this video,

I am unsure and uncertain,

I don’t know if you will like it, if I will like it,

If I ever reach my goal

I think about the future, I am afraid I won’t make it

And it may hold you back too

You want to start this journey, make that jump, but you’re looking down the cliff, waiting…

And at the same time

You know nothing will happen if you don’t jump

You know the only solution is taking action, doing the work, and facing it

You say to yourself: “Comon don’t be scared of it, you know you have to do it, it’s your dream.”

You feel you know you should be doing something, but each evening you go to bed with this feeling

(Keep in mind, Most people don’t have enough courage to realize it, so you’re already ahead)

But if you want to

  • Make that amount of money

  • Look at this or another way

  • And build your empire

You MUST face the fear, no matter how big or small

The moment you say: “NO” - Is the moment your dream dies

Because your potential is equal to the amount of fear you can face

  • The more you can throw yourself in, the more you will get

I feel like a Ferrari that’s going 10km/hr

I feel how huge I can be, I see the potential on the horizon, but this mf is holding me back

I watch days go by, hrs going down the clock, while I am stuck there… in inaction

But when you look at people who have achieved their goals

They had to face it too, because everyone faces it,

whether big or small amounts

But the question is…

How?

They have understood what I am about to tell you

Because you don’t just fight with fear - you use a different approach

There are never-changing ways & patterns you can use to get there

Remember - First you conquer the inner world, before conquering the outside world

And after

  • listening to hrs of content

  • Learning from one of the best self-efficacy coaches in my country

  • Studying myself

I’ve found the solution

And I am not gonna give you some basic advice

I want you to understand it, so you can actually get what you want

This is what helped me, and I am sure it will help you too

Because once you face the fear,

You don’t see the world the same way,

It’s like taking off the dark and blurry glasses you've always been wearing,

And what you see after is so beautiful you can’t describe it

So let’s start building your new life, NOW:

You have 2 types of fear

If you walk into a room and there’s a machine gun pointed at you with a bad man behind it

→ It’s fear type 1

There’s real danger that you may die (and your brain, which we will get into a second, does everything so you don’t die)

But when you are in front of this room,

not knowing what’s behind, but you are still scared of what’s behind these doors

→ It’s fear type 2

You think’ there’s danger there, that you will die, that something bad will happen, but you don’t know it

I was so afraid of posting content, I didn’t want to:

Look stupid on camera,

be bad at writing,

and everything that goes into it

to a point where I wasn’t making a single move

I was waiting in front of these doors, thinking that when I go inside, I will get annihilated by bullets

(When in reality behind these doors was heaven to a free mind, wealth, and everything I desired, which it always is in 99.9% of cases, for you too!)

Do you see it now?

If not, keep watching, but if you do, still keep watching because there’s a lot more

You will sit in front of these doors and shiting your pants,

while there will be people going through them, getting what they want,

only because they were aware of it in the first place

I bet this thing you want to do is on 100% in the type 2 fear area

So now you know it, you know when you open these doors, nothing bad will happen,

Yes, it will be painful:

  • But you can only get stronger

  • You don’t need to know all the answers

  • You will figure it out as you do it

A War You Have To Win

You have:

  • Mind

  • Brain

Your mind is your concious that wants to:

  • Conqure

  • Achieve its full potential

  • Face fears and limits

When you say to yourself: “I know how great I can be” - this is your mind

Now the brain is your organ, this thing in your skull

It wants you to:

  • Survive

  • Reproudce

  • Avoid any danger and fears

When you think: “I won’t make it, I don’t know how, it’s not me” - this is your brain

It hates the unknown, because it means danger

The brain wants you to run and avoid, while the mind wants you to push and achieve

And there’s a never-ending war between your mind and brain

Now, how do you win it?

  • Become aware of it first

  • You already know there’s nothing dangerous behind these doors, so open them

  • Watch your reactions when you want to do this thing, how your brain wants to avoid it

  • Your brain will fight like a knight, and get stronger the more you push, but that’s where the growth you desire is

  • Work on your faith (which is an idea for another video), but it’s believing you are capable of doing it, and your mind getting stronger

  • When your brain screams at you - don’t react, realize it’s not true, and do it regardless of it - no magic pill for that

  • Make your belief, desire, and plan of action so strong and actionable you know what to do - you don’t need to know the exact steps yet, just your direction

If you don’t make this conscious, your brain will rule your life

But now you’ve made this conscious, so act and keep watching

What Successful Ones Realized First

I’ve noticed that every successful person realized that emotions are completely normal

Yes - it’s totally normal that you are afraid and have different emotional states

But they are successful because they aren’t reacting to them like most people

→ They know it’s their brain

→ They know it’s not real

They think critically and ask: “Is this really true? Is there a reason to be scared?”

They zoom out and see the situation for what it is - not drown in fear, doubt, and anxiety

I often used to have moments where I was just drowning and not knowing what to do because of them,

But now I know it’s just my brain, it wants to protect me, but now there’s nothing I need protection from

So, realize it’s normal and build your empire

Your perception is the problem

There’s a saying that goes: Perception creates reality

It means that how you perceive the situation and how you react to it will create your future situations - your life basically

The best part?

2 different people can have totally different perceptions and reactions to the same situation

Think about 2 people sitting in the same plane:

  • 1st is scared to death, almost shitting in the pants

  • But 2nd is smiling and looking around

What do their reactions tell you about:

  • The flight quality

  • The condition of the plane

  • The skill of the pilots

Nothing.

Because their reactions create THEIR reality

You might be scared of it, while for someone else, it’s completely normal

You won’t be the same once you realize it.

What you are scared of isn’t real - it’s just the reaction of your brain, because it’s unknown, and your brain hates the unknown, but growth happens ONLY in the unknown. Lol.

If you don’t want to stay stuck - watch your reactions, realize it’s only YOUR reality, not how the world looks like.

Fear is a reaction.

So watch it and do what you have to do, because that’s the only way.

Magical Force (making you poor and weak)

This magical force is resistance

Each time you want to do something that will help you build your new dream life

That’s when resistance comes.

When you don’t want to work out, when you don’t want to do the work

When there’s this invisible barrier

It can come in the form of:

  • Fear

  • Stress

  • Doubts

  • Excuses

  • Anything that you think stops you from doing it

And if you don’t overcome it - you’ll never get what you want

You will bounce around where it’s comfortable

It’s like a dragon you need to fight to get the treasure

→ The dragon fights with resistance (fears, doubts, etc.)

→ You fight with doing the work

When you do what you know you need to do - resistance gets weaker

Because you realize it’s actually possible, that you CAN do it,

Your beliefs around it change

You feel growth from facing the pain

That’s how you overcome it.

When you do what you are scared of - you become less scared of it

It’s not fancy, but that’s the only way.

When you throw red iron into cold water - that’s when it gets stronger.

No other way.

The Hidden Power Of the Subconscious

You have to realize that the subconscious rules your life

There are 10s of books on that, but start with what I tell you now

Most people live their lives in the unaware stage,

because their subconscious rules 99% of the things they do

And 99% of the time, those things aren’t in alignment with who they want to become, and what they want to achieve

Their subconscious is against them

I often see it in myself when I want to do something and I know it will help me build my dream, but my subconscious stops me

At least I am aware of it and change it, but as I said, most people aren’t

I fucking was waiting like 1 year to start recording this video and show myslef on camre overall

The fear of judgment

The fear of sucking at it, not having the results, while there thousands of peopl who already do it well

How fucking stupid

But why and how is this happening?

Look

Your subconscious operates on 2 stages

  • Good

  • Bad

It has associations with every single thing you do

For one person it may be: Workout = good, fast food = bad,

But for someone else, it may be the opposite

When you are scared of something, you have negative emotions connected to it,

and your subconscious sabotages it

Subcoucniosu doesn’t want you to suffer,

But you consciously know this activity is good for you

I am afraid of showing up on camera,

because I know I used to be judged a lot and pushed aside by peers when I was younger,

And my subconscious doesn’t want it to happen again, it doesn’t want me to suffer

But I know I have to do it to get what I want

So how do I solve it?

  • I imagine myself being on camera,

  • How great I am feeling during this,

  • How I feel after accomplishing it,

  • How after a few years, I am where I want to be because I have taken this action

  • How I am improving at it over time, and how great it makes me feel

This topic is deep, but realize you want to imagine yourself feeling good and positive emotions around this activity,

  • First, you know what your goal is

  • Why do you want to achieve it

  • In what direction you are going

  • What actions will you need to take

  • And you don’t need to know exactly how to do it

Now you imagine yourself

And build your empire
